What are the exact laws in Pennsylvania for carrying a chain whip?

I’m in the process of buying a chain whip. What are the laws for carrying them around? They’re really easy to conceal but how much trouble can I get in for having it in public?

If you buy one, the seller MUST disclose what restrictions (if any) exist…pretty simple. Because if you have to be over 18 and they sell it to you, they broke the law.

Similar, when you buy an item with restricted usage, it HAS to have a disclaimer, required by law, regarding any restrictions in your state.

Well… I’m 18 but ummm… I kinda bought it from a kid in my school. Lol.

Right, so you probably broke the law by purchasing it…but, you’d have to consult a lawyer to know for sure.
