Hey, I really want to lose 3kgs in 6 week’s… any tips on how to lose that last bit of weight! ? don’t care what it takes~

Eat healthy and excercise. Try doing more cardio that you usually do to lost that extra weight

hmm im not very knowledgeable on these kind of things but maybe when you’re hungry try not taking a lot of food or something during meals…just take a small portion..after you finish eating you may still feel hungry but later on you will realise that you arent as hungry as you felt..and maybe you can take in a fruit or something..its kind of filling I guess…you wont gain much weight from eating fruits im sure
