I am 22, female and 5’3, I weigh 109 and people say im to skinny. how much should I weigh?

I am 5’4’’ and look great, not to sound vain but I’ve had many compliments on my body, and I weigh 135. Now a lot of that is muscle though, and that weighs more than fat… I would say for you maybe 120 ish, even a little more if you have some muscle.

I checked a weight chart and it says anywhere from 111-147 lbs. is fine depending on your body type.

I think your fine. I am 4’11 and I weigh 107 and I hate it!

yah your too skinny.. but you can change that!, try to eat more food like chicken or pork.
