Are there ways to get a hold of someone instantaneously besides cellphones?
And I don’t mean emails or instant messaging either.
You can run a sting with alot of extra length and attach cups at either end. As of now, cellphones and email which is probably received on their cellphone including text messages and any other form of contact is the latest and most reliable. Pagers still exist and so do radios but pagers dont talk back to confirm the message is received and radios require you own signal and are limited in distance.
