one- to talk to someone get everything thats supressed or bothering me at the time out.
two- a car ride singing at the top of my lungs to a upbeat song. (kinda similar to i guess screaming at the top of your lungs on a mountain feeling haha)
three- i do something to get my mind of what it is thats saddened me. usually play my keyboard because you use all your thinking to play the keys correctly which distracts me.
4. i go for a walk and breath in some fresh air to gather my depressed thoughts. once i've done this i usually realize how dumb it is why i am sad lol
5. Nothing beats being with a person you love that can always cheer you up =)
write 5things good that have happened to you that day.
Also what I do is go to childline and play some of their games, they really do take some of that negative feeling off your mind.
I draw when I'm depressed and I treat myself to some me time so having a long bath, reading a book, drawing, playing some games and i also dance around my house to lift up my spirits. Don't listen to music, it will only make you even more depressed.
I listen to music. I have deep connections with some band's music (Esp All Time Low <3) and Alex said he likes to stay happy, and write happy songs. (Granted, they do have sad songs, remembering sunday, lullibies, we all fall down, ect) but songs like hello brooklyn, cheer me up :) I watch videos of them too, and it makes me laugh.
There are lots of ways, try doing something you like, that makes you happy. Try watching one of your fav shows/movies, listen to some music, go for a walk or hang with some friends. Make sure you keep your mind off sad things and things that make you feel depressed. Just be happy and take it day by day :)
Feeling *a little down* is a pretty common emotion, and you've been given a lot of great ideas to help, but if you're legitimately depressed, you need to take care of the problem, because it won't get better on its own. Maybe this How To will help:

go out and get drunk with good friends
