I say 8 8oz glasses of water per day, but that can vary if u happen to eat lots of fruit, which has a lot of water in them
oh mann, i try to drink that much water but i get up to 2glasses max :s well done for getting that much fluid
A 14 year old girl should consume around 8 glasses of water a day, this is the recommended amount.
Same im so bad with my water intake i usually have about a glass a say which is terrible.
Haha yeah it's hard to start but it's pretty easy once you get used to it!
8 glasses of 250ml i think per day, but i drink wayyyy more :)
