How do I warm a water bottle?

At home I have a rubber hot water pad thing that you can boil water and fill up with it. I’ve used glass bottles, like a wine bottle, since plastic water bottles will melt. I heated up water and poured it into a wine bottle, wrapped it in towels to make sure it’s not too hot for my skin, and then held it to my stomach.

I have used water bottles and done what Kahili does, but you can also use wash cloths. Get a wash cloth wet with warm water, and put it in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds. It feels good on your skin! And i think it feels better than a water bottle. Plus, it molds to your skin, unlike a water bottle.

depends on the water bottle. the microwave ones you just pop in the microwave for some time. the rubber ones, boil a kettle and fill it 3/4, let the air out and seal.
