What is the usual age girls get their period?

Ages 9-16 are normal. I got mine in the fourth grade, but my friend didn’t get hers until her junior year. Everyone is different, and there’s really no telling when you get it. It just happens.

9-17 is about the normal age range. I got mine when I was 10. And you should have your period every 28 days. If you don’t this means your periods are irregular and birth control could fix that.

I started at age 12.

8-17 as for me i was 11 years old.

between 11-16 some girls start at 9 usually that can come from being over weight but kost girls have usually started by 16 if they havent i m would go to a doctor to see.if you are developing correctly!

around 12 or 13

actually nevermind I got mine around 11, when I started 6th grade but it depends on the person some people may start as early as 8, that’s when the reproductive system is supposed to be developing more. Less than 8 is pretty early. Later than around 17 is probably something to be concerned about. One of my friends never got her period when she was 16 she went to the doctor about it and after some testing found out that she could not have children because there is nothing going on in her reproductive system, it just doesn’t work.
