Vein in arms

does anybody have viens in there arms that when you get stuck in the arm they hide,bust,or dissapear as soon as they stick you

1.why do they do that??? 2.is there any way you can like find a vien fast whn the nurse needs one lol???

p.s im not a drugy or nun im and the hospital rite nw and they had a very hard tyme findin a vien in my arm I just need advice or suggestions thats all thankx lots!!!

Heat tends to being veins to the surface so maybe try sticking a warm towel around your arm or something?

yea they did that there all “awe you have pretty viens” then like 3 secs later they stick meh and bam the vien is gone where does it go???!!!lol

uh theres probably nothing you can do. or just cut circulation off your arm for a lil bit and they should pop up? I don’t know
