I have a problem where certain parts of my body twitches I can never go thru a whole day without twitching somewhere how do I stop this?
Theres no like home remedies or anything like that unfortunately, its normally caused by
Benign twitches (not caused by disease or disorders) Often affecting the eyelids, calf, or thumb Normal and quite common, often triggered by stress or anxiety A diet deficiency Drug overdose (caffeine) Drug side effect (such as diuretics, corticosteroids and estrogens) Exercise
The only way you can get it sorted is go to the doctor and they will sort you out with something. :)
Well, some times muscles spaz. I know my eye used to spaz a lot and what I was told was to put a warm damp cloth over it. It might work for other parts that are twitchy but I don't know. But the warmth is supposed to help relax muscles so it wont twitch as much.
I also have muscle spasms all of the time- my biceps, and my calve muscles do it a lot. I think a lot of people have this. I like the warm cloth idea, and may try that myself the next time my bicep starts twitching at night.
I know that at random times of the day my head shakes left and right uncontrollably, Usually when there;s a temputure change it's suprising how your enviroment can effect your body.
it could be a vitamin deficiency. if you do not have a healthy diet I would recommend taking an once a day vitamin, to see if that helps at all.
I know 2 people who do it. its quite common and the best answer would be to check with your doc but most likely casued by stress
