Depends if you mean the person was put on probation by the judge and broke probation or on parole and broke that. Each state has it's own laws pertaining to it...but none have a good outcome, for disregarding the judge.
Well the person had several orders, the person needed to be in some kind of treatment, and also stay away from a person but he didnt do that, he did all the opposite...
Most courts try the easy way...but when that doesn't work they will give you one heck of a wake up call, they mean business.
Depends on the original sentence, u will probably have to do the original sentence and extra time for contempt of court
