The correct moniker

The channel BET’s name stands for Black Entertainment Television. I am black, and I do not find that channel remotely entertaining. I think it is stereotyping the tastes of black people. Race is not a determining factor of a person’s behavior or personality. Why would this channel assume that? I think it needs to change its name. Maybe, it should be done away with. The existence of this channel is a double standard. If there was a channel called White Entertainment Television, people would call it racist and protest it. What do you think?

I personally think that the world is in the process of a major evolution. An evolution where the old defining lines of colors and races are fading. An evolution wherein all races finally recognize that there is only one race. The human race.

I believe that not only is your observation most accurate, but I believe that, by your statement, you have defined yourself to be a forerunner in the next generation of this evolution of mankind. A generation of better truth and equality for all.
