  No legitamate tattoo artist can be bribbed to do a tattoo on a 14 year oild. They could loose their lisence. You're not worth them not being able to practice their favorite form of art anymore. They only "artist" who would preform an illegal tattoo would be some unlisenced idiot doing tattoos out of their house unprofessionally.
