Grab a glass of water before any meal and chew your food slowly prevents you from pigging out. Also, try to consume food that will fill you up, for example wholemeal bread. Wanting to eat constantly means you are not eating enough and is therefore hungry, so select fruits as a snack other then junk food. It is better to eat fruits and vegetables when you are hungry, rather then trying to suppress the hunger in the long run. Going hungry isn't good as your body then stores the fat which isn’t a good idea if you want to lose weight.
Chewing a piece of gum has always helped me actually. Lots of time when i'm hungry it's more of i'm craving a food rather then actual hunger. Gum gives me that fix :)
Punch a pillow.
Go for a walk, run.
Scrible all over a papper.
Talk to someone.
Cut up paper, or an unuseful piece of clothing
Rip up something.

Anyway- eat raw veggies like carrot, celery, zucchini sticks... it will kill the hunger pangs.
