If you're talking about sunflower oil, then my answer would be please don't bake yourself in the sun with tanning oils! You'd just be ASKING for cancer and skin disease. Our parents used to tan all summer long and the worst that's happened to them is wrinkly skin and tanning blotches. But with our sun these days we are literally frying ourselves in radiation. Notice the dramatic increase in women aged 27-35 with breast cancer and skin cancer? Yeah that's from lack of information back in those days. But right now we have lots of information on it so please just tan from a bottle. Yeah, you'll look great with a natural tan this summer, but remember next summer you could be in chemotherapy.
It works (if you meant oil and not work), here from this article, http://funadvice.com/r/1635u6q9tsb I pulled out this piece in case you dont want to read the whole thing; "
Sunflower oil. This has superior moisturizing quality, and when blended with high concentrations of Vitamins A, D and E, it is very effective in treating dry, aged, and weathered damaged skin."
