How many students (of high school) are appropriate in one class?

Answer #1

When I have a good teacher that makes class fun, I listen and pay attention. But if the teacher is a total b!tch, I show her respect she shows me- which is none.

Answer #2

Like Up Too 20-30 Thats How Many Students My Classes Have

Answer #3

Same here.

Answer #4

When I was teaching (technical subjects) more than 15 was a real chore…

Depends on the subject matter I guess.

Answer #5

I would say 20-25 max. Anything more is really pushing it. The more students there are in each class, the more difficult it is for the teacher to successfully help each student if they don’t understand the material. I also can’t imagine more since in most cases, it would overcrowd the room.

Answer #6

my classes have from 25-40 >.<

Answer #7

It depends on what class it is. At my school, we have beginner, regular and ace. There are a lot of beginner students about 30 in the class and it’s terrible. They don’t do any work they slack off and the teachers can’t control them because their too much to handle at once. They have not yet matured to the point where they have to understand that school is for education not silliness. Regular has about 27 students and they are the best classes. I think our school has actually put us in classes based on our maturity :/ Regular classes do the regular year work. They have more opportunities though like excursions, incursions, debates and such. It’s not the fairest thing but I’d say they deserve it. The ace class has only about 10 students for the really smart quick learners. They learn their year and a year above them in work. I don’t like the way my school has worked the classes out. But id say about 25-27 is ideal. More can be a hassle.

Answer #8
