The Letter People went off the air as an ED-TV show many years ago as contracts expired and the Letter People characters were revised and improved.

Everyone loved the Letter People Huggables! But they did have two problems: the “flat virus” and the “valve disorder.” We worked very hard to make them stay inflated for all of our loyal customers but it was not easy to keep them at 100% inflation. We have switched to adorable, plush Letter People hand puppets (15 in. tall) which stay completely healthy in the classroom, are washable, can be animated, and take up a little less space on display in the classroom than the Huggables did. The teachers and the children love them just as much as the Huggables and they still do the best job ever to help young children learn letters and sounds. You can find them at [link removed]

We also do still have limited supplies of the Huggables in stock and are happy to provide them. Call our customer service at 1-800-227-9120 to order them.
