It depends on the community. If you live in a desert, no. If you live in my home town, yes!

Robin, the area in Sudbury is very rocky, making it a poor choice for agriculture. Sudbury has been working on greening the area, but without laying down the soil manually, there isn’t enough of it to allow things to grow.
