well I smoke both regular and menthal I’m trying to quit because they all harm you and your body. but menthal is made with a type of fiberglass and it makes your lungs bleed so for those that smoke menthol and couch up blood that probly why and the regulars got chemicals in it like stuff that kills rats ,tar,neither one is good…thats why I want to quit

either way you will still be inhaling toxins and chemicals. Why anyone would want to put chemicals like ammonia and formaldehyde into their body is beyond me.
menthols taste a lot better but I dont know if it is better for you lol just know it tastes better lol bt your better option is to stop smoking like I have :)
