Slipping up...again

so today I gave into my mind, I had gone 6 months without hurting myself, but I just couldnt deal with it today and I intentionally hurt myself. I dont want it to get out of control again. Help?

Scream it all out…just scream and im sure you wont want to do it…when im angry I scream and instead of going in a mood or smashing up the house ( :P ) I just sit there and be calm :)…so try screaming next time you want to hurt yourself ( but dont scream at yourself,,scream just scream lol )… :) … Hope I helped xxx

I used to hurt myself when I was really depressed. In that time, just do things that you find intresting that will get your mind off hurting yourself. Count everyday that you haven’t hurt yourself and in a month of not doing it reward yourself with a big treat- it helped me. Just think about the people that care about you and what you are doing to them when you are hurting yourself.

I know how it feels,but yu have to tell yurself yur stronger than that..it is hard but yu can do it. You are better than that,you shouldnt hurt yourself..

You stopped before. So that means you can stop again. So you slipped up. People slip up. It doesnt mean that you’re going to spiral out of control. It just means you gotta pick yourself up again. And that is a choice you make. You can choose to pick yourself up, realize that you slipped up because you felt you had to cut, not beat yourself up about it, and keep moving. Or you can worry about where it is going, beat yourself up about it, spiral until things get really bad, and end up out of control. It’s your choice.

Find something else to do instead of hurt yourself, like I smoke only thats not so good ? but its better.
