Here’s a few things: Drinking a hot chocolate before bed, whilst in bed relax every bone in your body and count backwards from 100, playing video games and watching telly. Hope this helps x

This is interesting. I’ve been having trouble getting to sleep over the last couple of days. I just find the worst thing is to actually think about trying to get to sleep.

Last night when I couldnt sleep I got to the point where I was thinking about knocking myself out just so I could rest before school.

I dont think thats a good Idea though :P

im sure it is holidays and you started to stay up late , so what you need to do is from today go to bed 3 hours before you used to , and when you get used to the new time , sleep 3 hours before it , and keep going

I have the same problem. these sometimes work with me counting sheep listening to music reading video games ok this may sound odd but talking to yourself about random things can make you tired. even arguing with yourself works!!!

Answer #6

Generally not being able to sleep comes from having too many thoughts going around in your head. One of the absolute best ways to deal with this is to write in a journal about 30 mins before you try to fall asleep. Stay away from things that stimulate (caffine, games, etc.) cause that will just make you stay up longer. Reading a book is also good. You just wanna alow yourself some time to get things out of your mind. Good luck; I hope this helps.
