I like stretching exercises... leg lifts...etc...use weights...this applies resistance..take it slow and add more each week...you'll be surprised what the human body can do...when worked...
Swiss ball exercises- there are exercises you can find online which target different areas (thighs and gluts, abs, obliques, etc).
