Any suggestions for simple exercises?

Does anyone know of any good exercises that are simple (for beginners who are a bit on the heavy side) or any good websites?

Swiss ball exercises- there are exercises you can find online which target different areas (thighs and gluts, abs, obliques, etc).

I like stretching exercises… leg lifts…etc…use weights…this applies resistance..take it slow and add more each week…you’ll be surprised what the human body can do…when worked…
