It is possible to get pregnant from "pre-cum" --- it still has sperm in it.
The percentage you can't answer --- it could be none --- and you just got REAL lucky, and it could be 100% if your luck ran out.
In otherwords, there's no way to know which sperm would make you pregnant even if you were trying to get pregnant --- it could be the one from the pre-cum, or it could be the last one from an actual orgasm.
You already know yourself it was a bad idea --- so --- consider it a lesson well learned. You dont need that stress, and certainly not to be pregnant --- OR --- to catch a disease!

It depends on how furtle you are at the time. Pre-ejaculation seamen does contain enough sperm to fertilize the egg. Even if your partner urinated before sexual activity. Yes make sure that you are on the pill, some women don't know when their peak fertility is durring the month so its not worth taking a chance over. You may get lucky but I wouldn't press it.
Remember, it only takes ONE sperm!
You are wise to take the morning after pill. It is sad that many teens either don't know about this pill or decide not to get it.
