More risk of what? If your talking about getting std's, aid's, or anything else and the reciever has them the giver giving the blowjob is at major risk getting them so always use a condom. They make flavored condoms.
i dont think there is a risk,but if there was it would be the recever.
Equally at risk if protection is not used.
