Depends on where the headache comes from. Do you know that?
Drinking water and getting some fresh air and relaxing is always a good start. And don't read or watch TV or a computers monitor. That requires concentration. Just close your eyes and relax. You can also try a hot bath or drinking tea.
If that doesn't help, you must find out why your head aches and fight the cause. Means: If it doesn't go away in reasonable time, see a doctor and let him find out what you have.
I had a throbbing headache last week…it was because I skipped lunch and was dehydrated. But if you're actually sick, take an asprin :)
If your hair is up take it out or if you have a head band in take it out, it creates pressure on the head which can hurtt :) <3
yeah, for some reason when i wear a tight hairband i get a headahce, so ive stopped wearing them :P <3
try excedrine extra strength as well. i usually get bad headaches often and swear by it
Glass of water with advil then a nap. you'll wake up refreshed.
