you can ice them with an icing pack or something, it causes the swelling to go down. and drink a lot of water, it helps clean and flush out the body(ovbiously)
I advice that do not do anything on your pimples unless you consult it to your dermatologist. Because it might be infected and become more worsen. So if i were you, wait until its get better.
