Well, they've done tests where black or dark colored blankets make it so you have a hard time falling asleep and a hard time getting out of bed, but seeing as how you've got white ones, no it doesn't help. Haha sorry.
That sometimes happens to me, try to sleep about eh... 8 1/2 hours, and wash your face with a warm wet towel and do the same when you wake up. I do it, and it works.
well i have to sleep with my mom cause my family is here ... her confronter is dark green but i dont use it on me..
What color are you bed sheets? It may help to know.
