If you have recently lost a lot of weight, your skin around that area will be kind of flappy, but what you do if keep exercising, cuz itll add muscle to your core and that will take some skin away. Also, you do not need surgery, it will go away after time. But Surgery is an option if you have the $$$
Is it skin, or is it fat? Two different things require two different methods. Fat can be reduced with proper diet and exercise, but an excess of loose skin (such as when you've had a baby) needs to be surgically removed.
suck in for a whole day and your belly will be a little soe by the end of the day. but after that start doing it more frequently and it will tighten your muscles and you will loose that extra belly skin.(: hope this helped!
