What are some recipes that use a pumpkin?
I have a leftover unused pumpkin from Halloween, what can I make out of it?
Pumpkin Pie is one that comes to mind. Go to recipes.com they might have something.

Pumpkin pie, pumpkin soup, pumpkin cider, pumpkin juice, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pops, pumpkin cake, dried pumpkin seeds, pumpkin ice cream…you can always freeze it until you find a better use for it…such as thanksgiving recipes.
Pumpkin Pie and Pumpkin Cake are the only two that I can think of.
Pumpkin pancakes. Make a regular pancake mix and add a little bit of pumpkin mix as well, you might need a little extra water because it gets really thick. It’s yummy :)
