its raw before you cook it… like freshly picked… like how a potatoe is before you peel it and bake it

Before you cook your broccoli yes it is raw. And usually are more healthy not boiled or cooked. But the ‘raw’ form they came as from a garden. In other words what people mean by raw is any diet of primarily unheated food, or food cooked to a temperature.
