Answer #4

I dont want to run away.. cuz then i would have to come back and it would still be permanent. i need to get away and stay away from my house and a person in it for a long time. like till i turn eighteen.

Answer #5

How do i do that? what do i need to do to make that happen, or how can that happen?

Answer #6

In order to get emancipated, you have to have parents’ consent and go in front of a judge. It’s not likely for a judge to give the consent. You must have a job, transportation, schooling, a place to live, etc. If you have all those things and a good reason on emancipation you may get the consent from the judge.

Hope i helped. (:

Yea you did. Thank you!

Answer #8

No Problem. [: Glad I Helped.

Answer #9

No judge will emancipate you at 14…if you’re in an abusive situation, you can be placed in a foster home…otherwise, you’re just going to have to deal with it.

Answer #10

If you do not mind me asking what can be so bad at 14 that you do not want to be near your parents and disown them? I think everyone at your age felt that.
