almonds. Dont have to much or your stomach will hurt:(

Answer #7

you can try nuts, soy, milk, beans. You can try a protein vitamin or a daily vitamin will have protein in it. I would suggest take the protein vitamin until you have talked to a doctor because to much protein is not good for your body.

Answer #8

Food, all plant foods have complete proteins though it is true that some fruit only has a trace. The idea that vegetarians need to supplement their protein is based on the notion that it is an unnatural diet that is insufficient. A vegetarian diet is closer to the diet humans evolved on than the rich and heavy diet most people now eat. Most vegetarians get more protein than they need without trying while meat eaters get a lot more than they need. High protein diets are one of the causes of many of our culture’s health problems. High protein diets are a contributor to osteoporosis, kidney disease and cancer. Most people would be better off eating less protein instead of more.

Answer #9

A really easy way is this stuff I put in my smoothies I make at home in the morning for breakfast (im a vegetarian too) Its called “ Organic Whole Nectar: Whole Soy Protein Smoothie Mix” it has Calories: 120 Total Fat: 5g (good fat you need) Trans Fat: 0 Sodium: 15mg (1%) Total Carb: 4g (1%) Dietary Fiber: 2g (8%) Sugars:1g PROTEIN: 16G

So it is a low fat, low sodium, low carb, but high protein supplement you just slip in with a smoothie. It also has a lot of vitamins in it too

Answer #10

nice sounds good, what does it taste like?

Answer #11

I’m vegetarian too! Really if you eat lots of fruits, vegtables and others like grains you don’t need supplements. But if your still worried most health stores sell them!

Answer #12

i use Plant Fusion protein powder. it’s a little pricey, but it’s all plant-based and it’s great with almond milk.
