weell im not sure about kissing but i do know you begin saying, in the name of the father the son and the holy spirit, while making the sign and then ending it the same way.

and you simply talk, you can say it i n your mind or outloud.

Start by making the sign of the cross. You start with the our father. but don’t just pray prayers that have been written pray to God about you, about your family, others, even your enemies. you can even make it like a conversation if you’d like :) and end with Amen.

go to ccd. they will teach ya.

Look up the Hail Mary the Our Father and look into getting a rosary and praying it daily
