Pregnancy cramping

Ok im 7weeks pregnany and having these cramps, They are very mild, and short. Is it nothing? I have read that it could be bad. Anyone else have these?

Where are the cramps and when do they occur? Do they happen when you stand up and are in the groin area (the fold of your leg below your stomach and about the pubic line area) do they go away rather quickly? Do the cramps make you feel as if you need to have a bowel movement, a bearing down pressure in your lower abdomen?

Have you had any spotting or outright bleeding with these cramps? And lastly. How long have you had them? Probably nothing to worry about—as some cramping is normal throughout preg—but if you begin to spot or bleed, the cramping goes on and if it begins to worsen then you need to be seen. Use your gut reaction in things like this—your body is really in tune with you while pregnant, even this early. If your gut reaction tells you that you feel something is wrong then have it checked out.
