Cramps during pregnancy

I am 5 weeks pregnant and I have been getting menstrual like cramps should I be worried?

I had them to and I wouldnt be too worried about it. your body is changing a lot and its early on so give it time. I had the exact same thing around the same time and the only thing they told me was that I needed to start wearing looser close and stop wearing my regular pants. jsut get some looser pants so it doesnt push so much on where the baby is. also let your doc know just so he/she knows what is going on. that way if you do start to have an issue he/she can be a litlle prepared for it.

Cramps can be normal during pregnancy, sometimes they mean nothing and sometimes they do. I’m almost sure you probably haven’t seen a doctor yet, aside from maybe the test because most doctors don’t want to see you until you’re atleast 11-13 weeks pregnant. If you’re having bleeding along with severe cramping you need to go to the ER right away.
