Answer #5

Its always nice to have a plan for your future to be more healthy - but its even more effective if you make it a current goal and not a future one.

I didn’t think much about weight, what i ate, etc when i was younger because i had a high metabolism and stayed at the same weight no matter what i did.

Now that i’m 25 and have had two children - eating unhealthly for as little as a week does its damage on my body and i can notice some weight gain.
I’ve recently cut out soda’s (which is the hardest for me) and am drinking mostly water. Fried foods and anything greasy have been cut out of my diet. I’ve been stocking the house with healthy snack options (yogurt, fruit, veggies, granola, baked chips, etc) instead of junk food. I’ve also started being more active. Working a fulltime job and then coming home to two young children doesnt allow me to go to the gym, but i do take the kids with me and walk around our neighborhood.

Answer #6

eat healthy, work out and play football. And also staying sober.

Answer #7

I need to give up coffee - which will be hard - because it is not good for fibromyalgia sufferers. I’ve cut down from 4 cups to 2 cups per day over the 3 months, so I’m slowly getting there. I do feel the benefit.

I need to take some longer walks.

Eat more bio foods and drink more spring water.

Answer all post and pay all bills as soon as they arrive - that will ease stress. I don’t know why I leave them until the last minute .. .

Smile even more . . . . make smiling my new drug !
