Everyone can certainly do their best to try…I recall someone tried to sue another person once for breaking a rib by doing the heimlich, but it was thrown out of court as a frivolous lawsuit….however, if you have your certified CPR you are required, by law, to help.

Yeah sorry for the spelling, my brain is kinda tired, and not everyone can do it, u must have someone teach u how to do it

i was taught a first aid course in prison [winson green] but my certificate was from dudley college and i know cpr and all that so id try and help the fellow.
