if you have excess wax you will most likely have symptoms such as impaired hearing, ear aches and/or problems with balance. You can have waxed removed by a variety of methods, including syringing and candelling, but my doctor recommended to me to just use ear drops which dissolve the wax.
colleen is right, quite a few years ago i actually had to much wax in one of my ears that was making it a bit difficult to hear, i went to a doctor and he sent me to a specialist who got it out
Everybody has ear wax - it's normal; however, if you're asking if you know how you have excess wax, well, have a doctor look into it.
