Not quite, this can vary down the person who is doing it. If you’re using caps just to tick people off then you aren’t essentially yelling, you’re just being clever at your own expense and pleasure. Not that I recommend it but that’s just what I think :)

Yes most of the time it means your shouting or raising your voice. I find it ok when someone is explaining something and uses caps on a certain word to just make things clear, but I find it annoying when they do a whole paragraph or sentence and it’s just not nesesery.

Okay check this out: ‘’What is wrong with you?’’ vs ‘’WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?’’ The first way sounds like you’re just concerned and wondering what’s wrong.. the second one sounds like you’re being rude.. capitals make a huge difference.

not really, i mean yes it seems like there shouting but to me it pretty much just suggests there a stupid kid/teenager trying to be “cool” or fit in with all the other kids whos computer speak basically makes it look like there a little retarded
