Ok I need a truthful answer whatever it is

I got raped a few years back it went to the police but nothing ever happened I want to write it down but not as if its from me as if its about someone else but I dont know just to kind of get it out in the open but without having to speak to someone face to face. Is this a good idea or a bad idea?

Dearest keiz92, Don’t keep it bottled up. Call your local HELP line and find a support group. Remember it was not your fault. This is more common than people realize. You will derive strength, support, and comfort by seeking out others who have been through it too. I should know. Fun Mail me if you need someone to listen. All Blessings Always

Do you mean to just write and keep yourself or throw away. Or to give to the PD? Either way actually sounds ok. Its a good way for you to tell it from your side without anyone else listening. I think it would be very therapeutic for you as well, and will help with your healing from the incident. Go for it hon! (=
