I've only ever used Icyhot and that was after a cross country race. I liked it. I noticed my quads didn't seem to tighten up as much when I used it afterward. The only bad part was that it had a really strong scent. Anyway, not all things work the same way for all people... & it really might just depend on what you want to use it for.
I do a hot bath with epson salts in it then if I'm still achy I use the tigerbalm
We used to use Tigerbalm after TKD practice sometimes, that stuff works miracles.
I use deepheat, mostly, but sometimes tigerbalm
