Whydo Mexicans and Arabs have the same features?

They generally don’t. The only similar feature I see between them is skin color. That happened just by chance: Spaniards came over and fell in love (or lust, depending on the story teller) with the native americans. That blend just ended up the same tan.

What about eyes and hair ?. Both have big brown eyes and dark hair ..

Most people very where around the world have dark eyes and dark hair. Its all from that mestizo mix. Tell me how many Asian babies are blonde hair blue eyes? Africans? The rare Indians (from india) and Polynesians that have different colored eyes almost always have white a European in their background.
