Where was the last meteor shower ...when
Considering the timing of this question, I'm assuming you're talking about the Perseids, which occurs every year in mid-August as the Earth passes through a stream of debris left by the Swift-Tuttle comet. The last Perseid shower occurred early this morning (August 12th, 2009).
