Do males get stomach cramps, like females?

Haha, really? My boyfriend is like “I’m having stomach cramps! D:” and I’m like…”Guys don’t get stomach cramps…do they?” O_o

Chris gets them all the time, but he has a bad stomach. If he eats something that doesnt agree with him he’ll get stomach cramps.

I said it’s probably just gas, and he disagrees. He says “No, it’s cramps! :O”…haha. :P

I think it’s a different kind of cramp, though…seeing as they don’t have a uterus, lol

Guy’s do get pains and craps in there stomach area - but obviously from different reasons.

The monthly cramps females get aren’t really stomach cramps, they’re more from the uterus… Men do get stomach cramps, as do women…

lol…we do get cramps…when we run!…all of a sudden… (i.e. runng to catch the bus, running to get away from a dog…or in extreme cases…running away from the police…with the last one usually you get pains else where also…if they catch you!..not that ive had any first hand exp…i was just conversing with my uncle jamal and he said i should also mention that point)
