Well, if you sign away custody to them then yes. But they can not force you.

Answer #2

i havent signed anything.. so good they cant do that

Answer #3

You have a baby and you’re 14?

Answer #4

Seems so yeh, but we arent here to judge.

Answer #5

True.

Answer #6

Can I judge the way she spells “my”?

Answer #7

Yes, you can judge whatever you’d like. She shouldnt be having a child if she cannot even spell. Her parents are going to be the ones raising it whether she signs over custody or not. She cant get a job for another two years and even then it’s going to be part-time. She’s not going to be raising it.

Answer #8

mah parents took mah bsby away from my sissy, she was all “MEHHH!!!”

Answer #9

Took your baby away from you sister? Dude, you just admitted to not only f*cking your sister, but knocking her up. :D

Answer #10

No, they cannot. The baby is under your custody as its birth mother and nobody can take it away unless you prove yourself to be unfit. However, if your parents are the ones who end up mainly raising your child for you, they can go to court for custody and the chances are very good that they will win.

Answer #11

Why do you even want a baby?? Babys ruin lifes. The ones I don’t know ruins my life. They are horrible (no offense baby ._.)

Answer #12

If your parents can show poor judgment and an inability to raise a child (and I’d say they have a strong case) they could attempt to go to court to get custody.

Answer #13

they can not unless u sign a coustudy paper but it is your baby good luck

Answer #14
