Losing sleep

My sleeping pattern is really weird, and its really affecting my health… I’m eating a lot less and my grades are going down… Any advice?

Wrong. pot may make you feel sleepy…but you miss REM sleep and only get slow wave sleep which isn’t good for you..the give pot to chemo patients not to sleep but to deal with nausea.
having a routine is best…without t.v movies etc…

the best way would be to smoke pot. sounds crazy but it will help you sleep and help you eat (the munchies) thats why they give medical marijuana to cancer patients during chemotherapy treatments.

Todays school schedule doesn’t match up with an adolescents sleep pattern..up late…wake late… teens need more sleep than anyother time in their life besides infancy… if you’re really having problems…try and do these… 1- cut out caffiene/energ drinks after noon..possibly all together in need be… 2- don’t watch t.v or computer an hour before bed…read…read…read..(something boring if need be)

You need to work on your sleeping habits and get into a routine every night. Routine’s make everything so much easier. Try and do the same things every night at the same time, it will be easier to sleep after a while.
