It’s good your finally going to a professional. Your not supposed to do ANY piercing yourself, it’s not smart OR safe. Any professional piercer would be glad to do it for you. Most tattoo parlors do piercings also so just call up some local piercing/tattoo places and see what they say. Keep in mind that if your under 18, you’ll have to have a parent/legal guardian there with you when you get it done. If your 18 or older, you won’t need parental consent. The price will depend on the place and their standards. When you call, you can ask them about that.

yes, at a profesional peircing parlor, or at a tattooist the price varies but on average its $50 youll have to wait for your previouse holes to heal first before theyll do it and it will hurt a lot more because of the scar tissue at your age though, a facial peircing is a stupid idea most places wont really peirce a 13 year old gilr even if you have a parent with I.d to consent and you need to be 16 to get it done by yourself but I would strongly advise you to THINK before you go off getting holes in your face because there are conequences as well as permanent scars schools with a dress code wont allow them and most jobs consider facial piercings unattractive and unprofessional
