What do you think are some legitimate reasons for someone to quit there job?

i would think your sister had other reasons for quitting her job than just the disagreement, she just isn’t admitting them.

I would quit a job because of unsafe work conditions, horrible wages, nasty boss

To be perfectly honesty no she didnt. My sister is a person who thrives on drama and will jump through flaming hoops to create it. Which considering shes now pregnant is not good in the slightest.

not enough pay, for the amount of hard work they do. the boss is a d!ck, or a b!tch the boss is perverted and sais inapropriate things or looks at them inapropriatly treats them different from the other employees

I would have to agree with Harassment. My ex boss used to say sexual comments to me all the time, I often ignored it. But it got to the point I was out sick with Strep Throat and he told everyone I work with I has Syphilis. Yeah, great guy. So I called my HR manager and they “investigated” and said there was a “lack of evidence” so apparently the 15-20 people he told would not say anything on my behalf, though some said they were “friends” yeah…some friends lol….anywho…I think a disagreement is a lame excuse

Sometimes you work for a company year-in and year-out till you realize that there is absolutely no room for growth career wise. That sense of Job insecurity coupled with less pay. Sometimes you need more freedom. Sometimes an opportunity to earn more as a freelancer comes along.

For instance, freelance writers on iwriter.com earn much more than contractual full-time writers with local newspaper companies in my country. That could be a legitimate reason to quit.
