Where can kids chat online safely?

kidscom.com is monitored all the time.

I dont advise you with letting child under 18 use chatting or even intrent without a real rules and supervision and we have heard enough about the bad people behind sc reens ,,I dotn want my kids to be enslave by those traffickers that use chat rooms to find their preys

i would never let my kids on the internet without extreme parental settings and/or supervision, theres just too many freaks out there and i wouldnt take any risks.

my mom is the same way, so go to a site that has alot of restrictions like, you cant kuss, give out email or persnal info or it will kick you off the site. i think it is called funbone or something like that

msn is fine as long as ur kid does not accept anybody they don’t know are goive out personal info and don’t go in to chat rooms

I think that any instant messenger is fine as long as you keep your kids away from chat rooms and don’t allow them to accept just anyone into there buddy list. There are preferences that allow you to block messages from people not on your list.

Teach your child to never give out personal info online and that people online can be totally different then what they seem. This will help keep your child safe wherever they chat. No place is 100% safe online - no matter how much they may say they are

Bad people can be any where your child is.

whats wrong with msn? that way all the people online are known by the child in question.

I think that is never a good idea to let your child chat online…. unmonitored. Even the safest sites have perpetrators.

yh u hav limeted ppl u can tlk 2 u av 2 confirm u no dem 2 tlk 2 dem as long as a child is taught not 2 meet up wiv strangers its fine
