Is This Java Update Safe To Install?

As I was chatting with a friend last night on Yahoo Messenger, I happened to glance down at the time and noticed a orange square with white lines resembling a cup with steam coming out of it. It says Java Update Available. Now I’m a bit worried about it. Is it really a update from Java? I am including a photo for people to see so that they can see if it is really the actual thing. Hopefully it goes. Will this be safe to go ahead and install?

I cannot see your photo. But yes, that should be fine to install. If you are worried, right click it and go to the website that it is from.
